One thing I cannot stand is arrogance in people and believe me I’ve had my share of those. Its amazing the things people will find to be arrogant about.
This includes people who think they are totally amazing because of x factor. And believe me they can find a 100 different reasons that x can be replaced with. They think that no one in the world is as amazing as them because of xyz reasons.
All I gotta say is: People get over yourselves!!
And also: A little modesty never hurt anyone!

There seems to be a mania about getting thinner and thinner nowadays. Is it something in the air or some germ in the water since it seems like almost everyone’s got it?
I can understand healthy thin and smart thin. What I don’t get is anorexic thin. The kind where you look at a person and think, “Oh Gosh! How do all the organs and bone and flesh fit in there!?” And then you are forced to think, “Errr, what flesh?”
Some curves are nice – in all the right places, of course
A stick thin, flat girl looks plain weird! I have seen girls I though had perfect figures and looked great!!! But guess what I heard them complaining about?
It’s a world gone mad! And that is the only explanation I can give!

Dear Diary,
One very important lesson learnt today – hard work gives me a headache!! No not the actual work but thinking about it. So the strategy from now on is to NOT think and start working
Nothing achieved out of overwhelming yourself with the enormity of a task.
My resolution of the day is to get on the treadmill for at least 20 minutes everyday, starting today. The deed for the day has been done … let’s see how it goes tomorrow. The problem is that I cannot find a time in the day when it has been at least 2 hours since I last ate. Ok I admit to snacking and snacking and … errr you get the point.
So I have found the compromise … as soon as I wake up. Let me assure you this is not a fun proposition for me as breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me. And I have to painstakingly drag myself on to the treadmill and away from that yummmy breakfast.
So like I said … lets see how it goes

I was looking forward to this movie a lot. Although I enjoyed it just because it was a Superman movie, there was something lacking and very wrong with it.
1. The story should have taken off where Superman 4 left off not 2. In this Lois Lane is neither married to Superman nor does she know of his true identity.
2. If you look at Superman’s personality over the past 4 movies, he is so in love with Lois Lane that he gives up his powers for her in Part 4. However, in this he leaves her without saying goodbye and disappears for 5 years to find the remnants of his lost world. He is the sweet guy who spends half his salary on his old mother and here he leaves her without a worry as to what will happen to her? Are we really talking abut Superman here? If I want a reality show I will watch one. When I watch Superman I want to see fantasy … a world saved by a hero and a woman he loves so much that he will give up everything for her (and this definitely does not include leaving her for 5 years).
English Movies

Dear Diary,
I’m still in shock! Just a few minutes back I heard that my cousin’s house was raided by robbers, he was badly beaten up and they stole God knows what and went their merry way.
I am happy that his life has been spared but my heart is heavy that something like this can happen. That someone can just waltz into your house, drag you out of your bed and then beat you up for no reason.
What kind of people do that? Don’t they ever think of the consequences of what they are doing? Doesn’t it matter to them that they are hurting another individual? Are they so beyond everything that another person’s life, their feelings do not matter to them? Sadly, I guess not.
