I absolutely love the Urban Decay Eye Primer. It gives my eye shadow a smooth finish; there are no wrinkles; the color comes out much nicer and the best thing is your eye shadow stays for a much, much longer time.

The packaging is really cute, too. The trick is to dab a bit of it on your eyes with the wand and then use your fingers to spread it over your eye lid. Believe me when I say I wasted a lot of it inititally by using the wand to apply all over the eye.

It is a bit pricey for $14 but well worth it. I’m on my 3rd bottle and plan on using this stuff for a long time.
